  • Handlebars- Dropped to allow less drag resistance.
  • Gearing-They use variable ratio gearing (Derailleur)
  • Brakes- Disc or rim calliper breaks with shorter pads than MTB's
  • Frame- Lightweight construction.
  • Surface- Paved roads
