On Friday 24th June 2022, one week ahead of the professional race, 18 amateur riders will form The Tour 21 team and will take on the full Tour de France, route raising over £1m for Cure Leukaemia, the Official Charity Partner of Tour de France in the UK.

And our boy is there so continue to sponsor him to achieve the team objective.

But first he had to persuade his wife Kate to accompany him on a 'little' pre Tour practice to start his fund raising, to ride the 1020 miles from Lands End to John O Groats (LEJOG).

Work pressure dictated that only 7 days were available for this so that is what was achieved,.... in less than seven.  Then back down to North Yorkshire for a fund raising dinner at The Angel at Hetton, a Michelin star venue supporting Dougs ride.
